4a. Artificial Intelligence & Photo Processing
When you use our AI Skin Analysis tool, the photo you submit is transmitted securely to our AI processing service and analysed in real time. By default, your photo is not stored and is discarded immediately after analysis. If you opt in to saving your results, the analysis summary (not the photo) is stored against your account. Quiz answers processed by AI and chat conversations are not stored beyond the current session. We use Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing; data shared with this service is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Our booking platform (Jane App) to manage appointments.
- Payment processors (Stripe) to securely handle transactions.
- Analytics providers (Google, Vercel, Microsoft Clarity) under data processing agreements.
