2. Services

InstaDerm MD Clinics offers physician-led medical aesthetic treatments and skincare products. All treatments require an in-person consultation and are subject to medical suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• Bookings submitted through our website are requests, not confirmed appointments, until confirmed by our team.
• We will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your appointment and arrange payment.
• A deposit may be required to hold your appointment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where indicated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will honour the quoted price.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Promotional pricing applies only for the duration of the stated promotion.

5. Product Orders & Shipping

• Skin products are shipped to Canadian addresses only.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Returns on opened skincare products are not accepted for health and safety reasons. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
